Alvin is born and raised in Singapore, a small but quite a highly dense populated country in South-East Asia. He studied Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance, in University Of London, under the London School Of Economics and Political Science's syllabus.
Alvin has always been very interested in baking, ever since he was in his Secondary School. His first bake, which was then taught by his Home Economics teacher, was Chocolate Cookies, made from Milo. Ever though he doesn't have another chance to bake again, until a few years later, his passion for trying to bake never died.
As the years go past, Alvin, now self-taught, is still continuing exploring, learning, and testing recipes which he loves, and creating some new recipes on his own, and receiving critics from his family and friends whom he has tried baking for. He also wishes to continue baking as well as help those who want to start home-baking to start their own, with whatever little knowledge he has.
This blog is served as both a baking history for Alvin, as well as recipes which he finds wonderful to share with people around the world.
